Another place

From time to time, I was wont to include ramblings on travel experiences on here. As part of my tightening the focus of this blog, those travel experiences have found another outlet on the web (it’s not ready for the big time yet so there’s no link for now). Public transport is a subject that can descend all too often into moaning and, with all the doom and gloom that is about us these days, I want the tone of this blog to be far more positive than that and maybe offer some respite from all that is around us, which could be why those wilder places appeal to many in the first place anyway. To enjoy those wild places, of course, we need to get out there first and it is for that reason that public transport will continue to merit a mention on here but in the tighter context of getting to and from those locations that many of us enjoy so much.
