Burg as seen from Grindelwald, Bernese Oberland, Switzerland

Some things look more impressive until you compare them with what sits next to them and so it is with the knob that is Burg. In fact, so much attention has been stolen by its near neighbours that it took me a while to work out what I had captured from a bridge over the Schroarze Lütschine near Grund, on the outskirts of Grindlewald. Having little chalets at its foot helped along with peering at different photos, so I have settled on the 2207-metre-high possibility. On the day, cloud passed that way from time to time, but the sun got through too, always a good state of affairs.
