Looking towards Rumer Spitze, Innsbruck, Tirol, Austria

Attempts to work out what is in a photograph that I have made often are the cause of my returning to many an area. Picking out the members of the Mamores in the Scottish Highlands is a case in point, so this jumble of rocky prominences yet might be another. A simple up and down trip like that to Hafelkarspitze never seems sufficient because you need a variety of vantage points from which to survey such a collection. Though I now think the standalone pointed rocky top at the right of the photo to be Rumer Spitze, I still am not completely convinced of my identification. There are plenty of trails to follow if I ever fancy satisfying my scepticism.
