What once was a military barracks is now a site of the National Museum of Ireland showing exhibits on Decorative Arts & History as they have titled the selection. At the time when this scene was captured in December 2008, it still may have been known as Collins Barracks when it still hosted part of the Irish Department of Defence but all that has changed since then. One thing that has not changed though is the vantage point: The People's Gardens in the nearby Phoenix Park.
