Braeriach & Loch Eanaich, Gleann Eanaich, Cairngorms National Park, Scotland

Such is the sprawl of the Braeriach massif, in many ways a plateau with corries added by aeons of glaciation, that I find myself unable to offer a different title for this photo. While it is true that there are subsidiary tops, many appear not to be named, though Harvey Maps manage better than their OS counterparts. Tops like Stob Coire an Lochan and Carn na Criche appear on the former as well as Einich Carn, which is marked on both. It always helps to have more than one source of information, making hillwalking little different to other pursuits.
