Here is another gaze across the Braemar end of Glen Cluny from my up to the top of Morrone. Cluny Water can be glimpsed on the floor of the glen. The glory of this scene might lead one to conclude that this image was made on a gloriously sunny, yet this was an experience on a very autumnal day with much about its weather that was indifferent. In fact, there was a shower to come my way as I approached the top and this was a chilly day, so one needed to be layered up for that foretaste of autumn coming at the end of August.
