These hills are not as impressively high as their appearances may suggest and that posed challenges when it came to working out which is which. The diminutive appearance of the apparently slender thread that is the A93 only adds to the impression. Even so, the appearance of the slopes of Morrone, itself a Corbett and not a Munro, might offer a hint that these are not the highest hills in the area. There are plenty those beyond what you can see in this eastward view. Now, I find myself wondering how I failed to return since I savour these delights in 2010. Such is the journey of life...
