Isle of Mull from Kerrera, Oban, Argyll & Bute, Scotland

On my first trip to Kerrera in November 2012, sights of nearby Mull are not something that I readily recall. The murky damp conditions may have stalled such things. In May 2008, things very different and this is a side view of Maol nan Uan, Dùn da Ghaoithe and Sgurr Dearg. The masts give away the first of this and aid the identification of the others. Unusually, there is no cloud on any tops either and the sea is relatively placid with yachts going about on it. It all appears very idyllic, but I suspect that this is momentary and not necessarily ever present.
