Leaping onward, we reach the shores of Loch Lomond. This is the approach to Rowardennan where hotel, hostel and camping facilities await for an overnight stay. It is a gem of a location with Ben Lomond towering overhead and views up and down the loch that make it a spot where you can linger. I know this all too well because some effort was needed to get myself away from the place.
