An Cliseam, Ardhasaig, Harris, Western Isles, Scotland

An Cliseam is the highest hill on Harris and in the whole Western Isles, for that matter. Such was my photographic luck that more successful image capture had to wait until the evening of a stroll from Ardvourlie around by Mianavaig. There had been an intention to catch a bus from Ardhasaig and Tarbert but poor timing on my part along with how splendid the evening became meant that I trotted all the way to my destination instead. Without that, the above scene may not have been seen at all, let alone photographed. Sunny Scottish summer evenings can leave wonderfully uplifting memories.
