My visit to the countryside around Port de Pollença was somewhat unplanned in that I was not equipped either with the knowledge or the attire for a fuller hill walking venture. Nevertheless, I did come upon Camí del Caló, a short path going down to a bay called el Calo. What I did not do was go all the way down but a short trip away from the road gained me this wild looking scene, so I was sated and pottered back to Port de Pollença again.
