Port de Pollença, Mallorca, Spain

After a morning strolling around Palma, I took myself off to the north of the island for the afternoon. Port de Pollença was my destination and I strolled about it reconnoitring its delights and reproaching myself for not having a little more work upfront to take more advantage of its footpath network. Still, I got a lot from my few hours around the northern end of the Serra de Tramuntana and further explorations were to follow both on the next day and the one after that. Sometimes, it is best not to overfill a first full day spent anywhere.
