Eric Ericsonhallen, Skeppsholmen, Stockholm, Sweden

The white or light cream-coloured building in the photo once was a church called Skeppsholmskyrkan, but it now has a different use as a concert hall. There was a refurbishment during the autumn and winter of 2009 with 2015 seeing a further refresh with the installation of a new tapestry. The building's new identity is Eric Ericson Hall (Eric Ericsonhallen in Swedish) and there was an inauguration event during May 2015. The running of the facility is a cooperative venture involving the Eric Ericson International Choral Centre and Foundation Carpe Vitam. That is not to say that the usage is limited to choral music concerts for events for other genres also can be hosted there.
