Moel y Gamelin & Clwydian Way, Rhewl, Denbighshire, Wales

If you trot about the hills comprising Llantysilio Mountain, you are sure to encounter at least two of the area's trails. One is the Clwydian Way, a circular route that extends south from Prestatyn as far as Llangollen and meanders through Denbighshire with several circuits. There also is the Dee Valley Way and that is a linear route between Corwen and Llangollen that shadows the River Dee, and it too has its twists and turns, just like the aforementioned river. There are other trails in the vicinity such as the North Berwyn Way and the better known Offa's Dyke Path, a national north to south and coast-to-coast trail that shadows the border between England and Wales. The track above is part of the Clwydian Way and Moel y Gamelin is the lump of a hill that lies straight in front of you; I reckon that the January sunlight does wonders for the scene and I hope that you agree too.
