Lion's Gate Bridge, Burrard Inlet, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada

This photo may come from my second day in Vancouver, but I first glimpsed the bridge the evening before and thought it to be a photogenic sight even though the green colour of its piers means that it does not stand out as much from its green forested surroundings. On my penultimate day in Canada, I was to cross it on an out and back trip to Squamish. Before that though, I walked underneath the structure why going along the sea wall surrounding Stanley Park on the day that I made the photograph.
