While I saw no sign of the seals or sea lions that give these rocks their name, their whiteness caught my eye. That may look like snow to some viewers, but my sense is that this is guano because of all the seabirds that spotted around there. On an otherwise flat beach, these really do stand out before the road goes uphill to reach higher trails that pass a lot of clifftop scenery.
